I bought a game and could not load it. Then I found this thread:

i am having the same problem right now. i bought ffxi ultimate collection: abbysea edition and i cannot get cdkeys for it.. i was also charged 2 times for the game…. this is rediculous.
So what was the result? I’m having this issue right now…
@Otonoshi – you simply wait it out. eventually Steam will get the keys for you.
Still waiting on the key I guess. I wrote Steam, and nicely asking if they have any info. They have yet to respond.
